Kayleigh Smith

Kayleigh Smith is an attorney at Just Well Law who is passionate about helping clients navigate the intersection of healthcare, advocacy, and the law.

Kayleigh graduated from The University of Texas in 2012 and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2015. While in law school, she served as President of the Health Law Organization and Managing Editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy. She was also honored with the Order of the Scribes and the Ewer-Owen Health Law Writing Award in recognition of her legal writing and academic achievement.

After law school, Kayleigh practiced in mass tort litigation and worked on claims within the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program before the United States Court of Federal Claims. Her background in complex health-related litigation gives her a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when navigating medical and legal systems.

Kayleigh brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and client-focused approach to her work at Just Well Law, where she is committed to helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
