Ben Kitograd is an attorney at Just Well Law who is passionate about holding landlords and builders accountable when unsafe housing makes families sick.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ben spent almost 10 years as a construction project manager, and after law school, he practiced construction and real estate law and then litigated a high-volume personal injury docket. This background gives him a unique edge when it comes to litigating mold cases and toxic torts. Mold almost always starts with a construction problem, like a leaking roof, poor drainage, or a repair that covered up water damage without fixing it, and his background in construction helps him understand these issues. His years in personal injury practice cover the other half of the case. He has worked closely with physicians and medical experts, and he understands what long-term mold exposure does to a person’s health and daily life. Ben can show a jury how the building failed and what that failure cost the family who lived there.
At Just Well Law, Ben brings a practical, determined, and client-centered approach. He is committed to getting answers for families and making homes safer for the people who live in them.
Ben is licensed in Texas State Court, the Western District of Texas Federal Court, and he is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
