Join the Safe Housing Collaborative as an Attorney
Build Stronger Cases Through Collaboration
Toxic housing cases often require legal strategy, medical insight, environmental expertise, and a deep understanding of how unsafe living conditions can affect people and families.
The Safe Housing Collaborative brings attorneys together with professionals across disciplines to share knowledge, build relationships, and strengthen the resources available for this work.
“Let's hold these people accountable...It makes our community safer, and it makes the housing, apartments, and condos that we live in better for everyone.”
A Collaborative Built Across Disciplines
Through the Collaborative, attorneys can connect with medical experts, mold inspectors, remediators, building professionals, and others whose work intersects with unsafe housing. Members learn from different perspectives, exchange resources, and develop professional relationships that can support their work.
The community also comes together each year for our annual Safe Housing Collaborative summit.
An Additional Space for Attorneys
Approved attorneys also receive access to a private attorney-only discussion group.
This gives lawyers handling similar cases a space to connect directly with one another, recommend experts and resources, ask questions, and exchange litigation experience.
“I feel better equipped to handle these cases after attending this event…We now have resources. We can reach out to each other. We can find experts to work with.”
