Personal Injury Attorney

Texas Toxic Mold

We are looking for a Texas-licensed attorney to lead a docket of individual mold and toxic-exposure cases with meaningful responsibility, experienced support, and room to shape case strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Meet directly with potential and existing clients, understand what they have experienced, and help them navigate what comes next.
  • Lead cases from the first client conversation through litigation, negotiation, mediation, and trial.
  • Develop case strategy alongside our managing attorney and legal team.
  • Keep clients informed about what is happening, what it means, and what they can expect next.
  • Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and other aspects of litigation.
  • Build relationships within the Austin community that help connect more families with legal resources.
  • Continue developing your knowledge of toxic-exposure litigation and share what you learn with the team.

You may be newer to practice or an experienced litigator. We care about how you approach the work: your judgment, initiative, ability to connect with people, and commitment to excellent advocacy.

You must:

  • Hold an active Texas law license in good standing.
  • Take initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Communicate clearly and earn clients’ trust.
  • Exercise sound judgment.
  • Be prepared to take on powerful institutions and difficult cases.
  • Care deeply about the people behind the cases and the purpose behind the work.

New to toxic torts? Experience in this area is valuable, but it is not required. Bring the judgment, commitment, and willingness to learn; we will help you build the specialized knowledge.

This position includes:

  • Hybrid work with designated work-from-home flexibility
  • An Austin office near downtown for meetings and in-person work
  • Guidance from the firm’s owner, managing attorney, and experienced legal team
  • Support from dedicated legal and professional staff
  • Training in building and trying toxic-exposure cases
  • A six-figure base salary
  • Uncapped contingent-fee sharing
  • Additional incentives for contributions to cases beyond those you lead
