Come Stand With Us
Just Well Law is a different kind of personal injury firm. We represent people and families harmed by toxic exposure and unsafe environments, and we’re building a team committed to helping them recover, speak truth to power, and hold responsible institutions accountable.
A Different Kind of Personal Injury Firm
Just Well Law began with a problem our founder experienced firsthand: when toxic exposure made her own family sick, she could not find the law firm they needed. So she built it.
Today, we represent people harmed in the places where they live, work, and go to school. We take on landlords, property managers, builders, universities, corporations, government institutions, and others responsible for unsafe conditions and toxic exposures.
Our clients often come to us after months or years of searching for answers. Our job is to listen, uncover what happened, and help them pursue the accountability and financial recovery they need to move forward.
Because the impact of this work can reach beyond a single case. When accountability changes the incentives, it can help make people safer.
Work That Means Something
Help Families Recover
Our clients are navigating health concerns, financial pressure, and uncertainty. We help them understand their options, pursue recovery, and move forward with an advocate in their corner.
Bring Truth to Light
We investigate what happened, follow the evidence, and ask the hard questions about the decisions that put people in harm’s way.
Create Meaningful Change
Every case is about a person or family. But accountability can reach further—challenging unsafe practices and creating pressure for institutions to do better.
Our REACH Values
Our values shape how we serve our clients and how we work with one another.
Recovery
We keep our clients’ physical and financial recovery at the center of the work. Every person on our team contributes to helping families rebuild their health and their lives.
Excellence
We prepare carefully, pay attention to the details, and keep getting better at what we do. Excellent advocacy requires curiosity, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
Advocacy
We pursue truth and accountability with persistence and care. We take our clients seriously, protect their dignity, and stand with them against powerful institutions.
Collaboration
We do our best work together. We share ideas and resources, work through difficult problems as a team, and learn from one another.
Hospitality
We want clients, partners, and colleagues to know they came to the right place. We listen, communicate clearly, and treat people with dignity and respect.
Supported Enough to Learn. Trusted Enough to Lead.
We want people who are ready to take ownership of meaningful work—and we believe ownership works best when people have a strong team behind them.
At Just Well Law, team members contribute ideas, solve problems, and help shape how the work gets done. We think through challenges together, share what we learn, and give people room to grow into greater responsibility.
Meaningful Responsibility
You will have the opportunity to contribute to work that matters, take ownership, and see how your role connects to the people and cases we serve.
A Team in Your Corner
Difficult work should not mean working alone. Our attorneys, firm leaders, and professional staff collaborate closely and bring different perspectives to the table.
Room to Keep Growing
Toxic-exposure litigation is specialized work. We value curiosity and continuous learning, and we share the knowledge, experience, and resources our team needs to grow.
