Madison Roese-Frazier is the Director of Client Experience at Just Well Law. She helps shape how the firm operates, with one goal in mind: that every family who reaches out feels heard and cared for at every step.
Madison has spent her career serving people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. She began at Casa Marianella in Austin, helping families move into stable homes. In Tenosique, Mexico, she worked in humanitarian aid at a shelter serving people displaced from their homes. She went on to serve as a bilingual sexual assault victim advocate at SAFE Alliance, as a paralegal and mitigation specialist on capital post-conviction cases, and as a program specialist with HIAS, helping families build new lives.
Across every role, Madison has walked alongside people when the systems meant to protect them fell short. She brings that trauma-informed approach to Just Well, building the processes that help families move through their cases with clarity, dignity, and care.
