Chief of Staff
Shelby Bridgeman is the Chief of Staff at Just Well Law, PLLC, where she helps lead the firm’s operations and supports its mission of advocating for individuals and families facing complex health and environmental challenges. She brings more than 10 years of leadership and operational experience from her active-duty service in the United States Army, where she served as a Human Resource Supervisor overseeing personnel management, team coordination, and organizational operations in fast-paced environments.
After transitioning from military service, Shelby was drawn to Just Well Law because of the firm’s commitment to helping people who have been harmed by unsafe living conditions, toxic exposures, and other preventable injustices. Her background in leadership, client support, and strategic operations allows her to help ensure the firm delivers compassionate, organized, and effective advocacy to every client it serves.
Shelby is passionate about creating systems that support both clients and staff while helping individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
