We have just come out of a 3 year battle that inevitably ended up in a jury trial over the last few days due to the opposing counsels unwillingness to be reasonable all the way through. Needless to say, Kristina and her team were so well prepared with witnesses, exhibits and beautiful arguments all the way through that we were actually amazed by their preparation and performance and not surprised at all when the Jury gave us a huge win in court!
