FAQ:

1. Why are you here?
We were invited by a community of sick families that know that they are still sick, they need help, and they need lawyers who care. They found Just Well because our firm was founded by a survivor of toxic exposure, and we have helped other communities take on the institutions that poisoned them. Just Well has built a team with other lawyers who care from Bressman Law and Keenan Law Firm.

2. Is this another class action?
No. We are representing sick families and individuals in claims related to the dangerous derailment and the negligent cleanup. We represent each client individually — not a class. This is an important difference. We are not class action lawyers.

3. Is this an appeal of the class action?
No. We have nothing to do with the class action or representation for the class.

4. Will this delay the current class action and payments?
No! These claims do not interfere in any way with the current class action or those payments.

5. Can I bring a claim if I have already signed onto the class action?
Yes. We are bringing claims for individuals and families, whether they are part of the class or not. We can talk one-on-one about what claim you can bring and against whom.

6. Are you bringing claims against the EPA?
Yes, we are investigating claims against the EPA. We will be filing SF-95 forms (required to bring a case against the EPA) for all clients.
7. Can I bring a claim if I live in PA or have since moved out of OH?
Yes.
